Healing Involves Perseverance (HIP), Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to creating opportunities and providing meaningful support through education, outreach, community engagement, and supportive services.
HIP provides programs and services focused on youth and education, community support, and outreach to veterans and senior citizens through academic support, enrichment opportunities, supportive services, and community-based initiatives. Since 2018, HIP has remained committed to empowering individuals, strengthening families, and serving communities with compassion and purpose.

HIP, Inc. was founded by Candice Rogers, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran whose commitment to service extends beyond her military career. Her experiences as a minority woman, veteran, mother, and community leader helped shape HIP's mission of empowering individuals, strengthening families, and serving communities with compassion and purpose.
