We are thrilled to invite all women to become part of the HIP Women's Support Group. We are a welcoming community where healing, encouragement, and genuine connection come together.
Our members have found strength through emotional support, honest conversations, shared life experiences, motivation, practical advice, and lasting friendships. Whether you're seeking encouragement, a safe place to share your journey, or simply a community that understands, you'll find a place here.
Join us today - contact us here on our website or send us a message on our social media platforms to request membership. We look forward to welcoming you into our community as we continue our journey toward healing, hope, and perseverance together.

Join us each Wednesday evening for our uplifting HIP Women's Support Group sessions, where women come together in a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment to learn, grow, and encourage one another.
Our weekly discussions have explored meaningful topics such as pride, healthy boundaries, shame, the 12-Step Program (including an in-depth look at each step), forgiveness, self-care, healing, and personal growth.
Each session is designed to inspire honest conversations, provide practical encouragement, and strengthen participants on their healing journeys.
We meet live on Zoom, with each session simultaneously streamed to our private Facebook group. Participants are welcome to join us on Zoom for live interaction or engage directly through Facebook, whichever is most convenient for them.
We would love for you to join us as we continue growing, healing, and supporting one another together.

Transparency Tuesdays is another way to express emotional transparency in the HIP Women's Support Group. Being emotionally transparent is being truly being honest about YOU. It means sharing what comes up in you that prevents you from closeness in any type of situation such as in a relationship. Each Tuesday we discuss a given topic or the option to discuss "I feel" statements. It is important to have a safe place to release and the HIP Women's Support Group serves as that safe place.
Transparency Tuesdays is a special opportunity for members of the HIP Women's Support Group to practice emotional honesty and vulnerability in a safe, supportive environment.
Emotional transparency means being honest with yourself and others about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. It involves recognizing and expressing the emotions that may prevent you from building healthy, meaningful relationships or moving forward in your healing journey.
Each Tuesday, we explore a featured discussion topic or invite members to share through "I Feel" statements, creating space for open dialogue, self-reflection, and encouragement. Every participant is welcomed with compassion, respect, and without judgment.
Healing begins when we no longer carry our burdens alone. At HIP, we are committed to providing a safe place where women can be heard, supported, and empowered as they continue their journey toward healing and personal growth.
Hard Conversation Fridays takes place once each month in the HIP Women's Support Group and provides a safe, respectful space to discuss topics that are often difficult but deeply important.
Our conversations cover a wide range of meaningful subjects, including end-of-life planning, gender equality, family dynamics, mental and emotional well-being, relationships, and other challenging life issues. While these topics may be uncomfortable to discuss, we believe that honest conversations can lead to greater understanding, healing, and personal growth.
At HIP, every voice matters. We encourage participants to express their thoughts and feelings openly, knowing they will be met with compassion, respect, and without judgment. Together, we create a supportive community where difficult conversations become opportunities for learning, healing, and empowerment.
